From a small town in Wisconsin to the nonstop energy of Miami, Liam Fitzgerald has built his life around movement, self-expression, and purpose. This month’s Inked Man of the Month didn’t grow up immersed in tattoo culture, instead, he found it organically, through rebellion, growth, and a desire to stand apart.
Born in Evansville, Wisconsin, Fitzgerald later moved to Washington state, where he spent most of his childhood before relocating to Arizona at 18. After six years there, he made the leap to Miami, where he now lives and works as an online coach and content creator.

Though often labeled a social media “influencer,” Fitzgerald prefers a more grounded description of his work. His focus is on creating relatable content with substance, helping people improve their fitness, mindset, and personal brands through one-on-one coaching and community-driven motivation.
“I love making content that’s relatable with a good message,” he says. “I want to help people achieve their personal goals, whether that’s fitness or brand building.”

Finding Tattoos Through Rebellion
There wasn’t a defining moment that sparked Fitzgerald’s tattoo journey. Growing up in a small town, tattoos were uncommon, and that absence made them intriguing. As he got older, skateboarding all day with older kids and embracing a daredevil personality, being different became second nature.
“I just always wanted to do things that not a lot of other people were doing,” he explains.
That mindset eventually led him to ink.
His first tattoo came unexpectedly when he was just 15 or 16 years old. While at a tattoo shop with his girlfriend at the time, he impulsively asked if they’d tattoo him. With no idea what to get, he panicked and chose a tiny plus sign on his middle finger.
“It’s not done well, and one part bled out,” he laughs. “But it means something to me because it was my first.”
Despite being a hand tattoo, notorious for fading, it’s remained surprisingly intact.

Tattoos With Meaning
While Fitzgerald’s body art reflects his evolution, two tattoos stand above the rest in personal significance.
One is a portrait on his left chest, placed directly over his heart, depicting a photo of him and his mother when he was a baby. He got the piece as a birthday gift for her, honoring the woman who largely raised him on her own.
“She’s loved greatly,” he says. “And it was the most painful tattoo I’ve ever gotten, so I’m glad it meant something.”
The second is a 333 tattoo on his hand, topped with a halo. The symbolism is intentional and rooted in contrast.
“Everyone knows 666 represents evil,” Fitzgerald says. “I chose 333 because it’s the opposite. To me, it means you have to be the light and the good in the world.”

What’s Next on the Skin
Fitzgerald is currently focused on finishing his first leg sleeve, with a few remaining open areas on the back of his leg. Rather than planning rigid designs, he prefers to let creativity lead the process.
Working closely with his tattoo artist, and close friend, Rafaeltatz, each session becomes collaborative.
“I go into the studio, we talk, and we always come up with something I love.”

Life Beyond the Ink
Fitness plays a major role in Fitzgerald’s life. He’s passionate about weight training, long-distance running, MMA and fighting, hiking, and pushing his physical limits. He’s also deeply into motorcycles and is currently learning stunt riding, another extension of his fearless approach to life.
But beyond fitness and adrenaline, his biggest passion is building his personal brand and cultivating a positive, growth-focused community online.
“I’m all about positivity and personal development,” he says.

A Feature You Can’t Miss
One of Fitzgerald’s most striking features is his eyes. While both are green, half of his left eye is brown, a rare condition known as sectoral heterochromia.
“My mom just calls it my birthmark,” he says.

Inked Man of the Month Moment
Being named Inked Man of the Month came as a surprise, and a meaningful one.
“I feel extremely honored and blessed,” Fitzgerald says. “It was unexpected, but it made me smile. I guess all those hours, no, days, getting tattooed paid off.”
As he continues building his brand, creating content, and collaborating with photographers and brands, Fitzgerald remains focused on consistency and growth. Fans can follow his journey across Instagram and YouTube, where new projects and collaborations are always on the horizon.
Whether through ink, fitness, or mindset, Liam Fitzgerald is committed to being the light, and proving that tattoos can tell a story far deeper than skin.
